Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pvz2 platform available on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using this platform immediately.
These terms apply to all users of the pvz2 platform, including but not limited to registered members, unregistered visitors, and any party accessing platform content via mobile device or web browser. pvz2 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms from time to time.
Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The pvz2 platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
To access the full range of pvz2 services, you are required to register and create a user account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. pvz2 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Holding multiple accounts under the same identity is a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances frozen.
- Registration details must be accurate and valid at the time of registration.
- Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone.
- Users must be 18 years of age or older to register.
- Each individual is only eligible to hold one active account.
Platform Usage Rules
Users of the pvz2 platform agree to use this service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You agree not to engage in any activity that may damage, disrupt, or restrict other users' access to the platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pvz2 platform and may result in legal action and immediate account termination:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without authorisation.
- Attempting to bypass, hack, or gain unauthorised access to pvz2 systems.
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.
- Distributing unlawful, threatening, or privacy-violating content targeting other individuals through the platform.
Pvz2 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including reporting suspicious activity to the relevant authorities, should any user be found in violation of these rules.
Payment Information & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All deposits, withdrawals, and financial transactions on the pvz2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and valid. pvz2 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect or incomplete payment information submitted by the user.
Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account in accordance with the processing timeframe of the selected payment method. Withdrawals will be processed once account verification is complete and the minimum withdrawal requirements are met. pvz2 reserves the right to hold or suspend any suspicious transactions pending investigation.
All credited bonuses and promotions are subject to separate wagering requirements as stated in their respective promotional terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
- All amounts are displayed in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit).
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the selected payment method.
- Confirmed transactions cannot be cancelled by the user.
- Pvz2 reserves the right to decline or reverse any transaction that violates platform policy.
Liability Limitations & Account Policy
Pvz2 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption or technical errors. pvz2 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses suffered by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform.
Pvz2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
- Inaccurate or false registration information.
- Instructions from legal authorities.
If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining credit balance in that account may be forfeited by pvz2 at our sole discretion.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the pvz2 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of pvz2 or our licensors and is protected under Malaysian and international intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, distribute, publicly display, or modify any platform content without prior written consent from pvz2. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
The pvz2 platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. pvz2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Pvz2 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time by publishing the latest version on this website. The effective date of the latest version will be stated at the bottom of this document. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically to stay informed of the current applicable terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the pvz2 platform or these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or incapable of being enforced by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
